Our team brings together qualified professionals from education, mentoring, careers guidance, employment, social care, safeguarding and industry. From qualified teachers and Level 6 Careers Advisers to experienced mentors, tutors, job coaches and specialists, every member of our team is committed to helping people achieve their potential.

What makes SEND4 different, however, isn't just our qualifications—it's our perspective.

We are proud to operate an inclusive workforce, with many of our team bringing their own lived experience of neurodiversity, disability, mental health or other life challenges. This means we don't simply understand these experiences from textbooks or training courses; many of us have lived them ourselves. By combining professional expertise with personal experience, we're able to see situations from different perspectives, build genuine relationships and provide support that is both informed and authentic.
