Our approach

At SEND4 we recognised a pressing need in the market for individuals with special education needs, disabilities, and long-term health conditions to receive equal support in their pursuit of employment as their neurotypical peers.

Despite the fact that only 5% of individuals with special education needs, disabilities, and long-term health conditions are employed, a significant proportion of around (60%) aspire to work. In order to address the staffing shortages in their community and promote inclusivity in both the workplace and wider society, the founders of SEND4 set out to make a significant and transformative impact by supporting these individuals in their career pursuits.

Planning with a pin board

After thoroughly researching and strategising, the founders of SEND4 launched the company in 2023 with the goal of doing just this as well as providing job and travel coaching support to the local community. This assistance helps individuals with special education needs, disabilities, and long-term health conditions achieve increased independence and pursue employment opportunities. SEND4 was founded with the intention of making a difference.
