Our Story

SEND4 was created with one simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their potential.

We saw too many children, young people and adults with special educational needs, disabilities, mental health challenges and those who had spent time away from education or employment being defined by barriers instead of abilities. We knew there had to be a better way.

Founded in 2023, SEND4 set out to provide personalised support that puts people first. Today, SEND4 delivers specialist education, Alternative Provision, mentoring, post-16 learning and employment pathways, working alongside individuals, families, schools, Local Authorities and community partners.

As our education provision has grown, SEND4 has also become an approved Open Awards provider, enabling us to offer recognised accredited learning alongside our practical, personalised programmes.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach at SEND4. We take time to understand every individual, recognise their strengths and create support that reflects their goals, whether that's returning to education, developing life skills, gaining work experience or securing meaningful employment.

Above all, we believe relationships matter. We celebrate every achievement, support every challenge and remain alongside the people we work with for as long as they need us.
