Momentum Employment supports young people to take everything they've learned through SEND4 and turn it into meaningful employment. Working alongside our Employment Team and Job Coaches, members are introduced to local employers, experience real workplaces, prepare for interviews and secure jobs that match their strengths, interests and ambitions. Most importantly, we continue supporting both the member and employer long after day one, helping employment become a lasting success.
