At SEND4, we believe careers are discovered through experience. That's why we work with a growing network of employers to provide meaningful work experience across a wide range of industries.

Placements are carefully matched to each young person's interests, strengths and aspirations, with dedicated 1:1 Job Coach support available where needed. We also deliver bespoke work experience packages for schools and education providers, ensuring every young person has the opportunity to experience the workplace, whatever their starting point.
